Ceta-Base is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to compiling the most extensive global record of whales, dolphins, porpoises and other marine mammals under human care.  It is our goal to provide current and historical documentation on captive marine mammals while maintaining this data in an easily accessible format for the general public, scientists, advocacy groups and interested individuals.
